By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the booking policy, and understand how northern lights can appear during your reserved night (for more information please refer to the FAQ question “Colours and intensity of northern lights”). 

After receiving and accepting your booking request, I will send you a payment link via email. Your booking is confirmed only once your payment is done.

For the former booking policy, on which people paid only a part of the hunt in advance, people have to pay, after a successful northern light hunt (regardless of the intensity of the northern light), the remaining amount of the total agreed.

In case of unfavourable weather/space weather forecasts on the night of your booking leading to cancellation, your booking will automatically be postponed to the next night on which we will hunt if the chances are good. If we can successfully hunt northern light on the first night (regardless of the intensity of the northern light), we won’t go on the second night.

The deposit/full payment is refunded only if I cannot capture northern light on camera on any of the two nights (regardless of the intensity of the northern light).

Cancellations made by customers, the deposit/full payment is not refunded regardless of the reason.

It is customer’s responsibility to check during the day of their booking, my updates sent by messages regarding the starting time of the hunt. If customers are not on time to the meeting place shared by message, the hunt can start without customers and the deposit/full payment is not refundable, regardless of the reason given by customers.

If customers miss the information shared by message regarding the starting time, the booking is consider as cancelled from customer’s side, regardless of the reason given by customers.
